Slow-cooked Pork Hock and Cod in Tomato Sauce

These are two dishes that taste better than they look.
I can’t remember what I put into each dish, they were more like experiments.  Agustin made the cod and I did the pork hock.  No collateral damage.

Esos dos platos saben mejor de lo que parecen.
No recuerdo lo que eché en cada plato; eran experimentos más que nada.  Agustín preparó el bacalao y yo la mano de cerdo.  No hubo daños colaterales.
